Winter is Here! Well not officially but it’s time for everyone to get bundled up and come out to have some fun in the snow. Yep it’s Winter Mini session time (If y’all didn’t catch on with the big ole picture up there). Sessions will be held December 17th, January 21st and February 18th between 12pm (noon) and the last session being 3:20pm. Sessions will be booked via an online booking calendar through the two links below. Select the date you prefer and the link will bring you to a calendar where you will select your preferred time slot and you will be sent a confirmation email once the payment is received.
Here’s everything you need to know:
*WHAT’S INCLUDED*
Mini sessions are 20mins portrait sessions for a maximum of 5people. The client will receive 5 fully edited digital files in high resolution for personal use. Please note that if the client requires the session to include more than 5 people they must reserve and purchase two 20mins block to accommodate for the additional persons.
*PAYMENT & REFUND*
A payment of $113 ($100+tax) must be paid prior to the session date to reserve your time slot. Note that the payment is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to any other type of session. The only time the session will be refunded is if the photographer is unable to perform on the listed dates due to illness. Payment must be sent to info@samanthadanis.com
If the payment isn’t received within 24hrs of booking, it will be cancelled and offered to the next person on our waiting list.
*TIME AND DATE*
You are reserved for a 20mins block, please be prompt and on time to be starting your session at the designated time. The session will not be prolonged if you arrive late. We recommend arriving a minimum of five minutes early to prepare yourselves for the shoot.
If the weather is less then favourable, the session date will be moved to the following Sunday. If the client cannot make it to the “Weather date” the payment will ultimately be forfeit. Please note the location for the re-scheduling may change. If the weather on both the original and re-scheduled date are less than favourable, the session payment will be held and used at a later date in February.
An email will be sent out 2hours prior to the session if it must be re-scheduled due to the weather. Please note that it is the photographers decision whether or not the weather will permit for the sessions to continue.
*IMAGE RELEASE*
Clients agree that all images taken are copyrighted by SD photography. Images cannot be altered or duplicated by any person other than Samantha Danis. The clients do however have printing rights which will be accepted by photo labs throughout Canada. The client can purchase additional images for the fee of $35 per digital file. Final images will be delivered via CD or Digital Download. Images will be completed within 1month of the original session date and further instructions will follow.
*LOCATION*
The location of the session will be emailed to you a week prior to the session date. A map of the parking will also be given to you as to make the process for all clients go as smooth as possible. The location will be within the Ottawa area to accommodate for as many people as possible.
